If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site.


2. Information and Advisory Disclaimer

The content, materials, technical analyses, protocol breakdowns, and information contained on this Site are provided for general informational, educational, and illustrative purposes only. They do not constitute formal engineering opinions, binding professional advice, or technical design specifications.

Neither your receipt of information from this Site nor your transmission of an electronic inquiry or message through this Site creates a consultant-client, engineering, or professional relationship between you and BeEVr Charging Systems Inc.

Formal advisory and consulting services require a mutually executed written consulting agreement detailing the specific scope of work, liabilities, and deliverables.

This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, system downtime, data corruption, or financial loss arising out of the use, inability to use, or reliance upon:

  1. Third-party Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) standards.
  2. Smart grid, telematics, or communication protocols (e.g., ISO 15118, OCPP).
  3. Hardware, firmware, or software configurations discussed on the Site.
  4. External hyperlinks or third-party resources.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BeEVr Charging Systems Inc. from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from or related to your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
